It is important to dedicate a place and time to celebrate a life in a personal way and provide an occasion to share memories, express feelings of grief, and say a final good-bye. When you are ready, let us help you plan a memorial service at a location of your choosing. We will help you cultivate a touching experience that uniquely honors your loved one and is meaningful to friends and family attending. Here is how we can help:
Planning
- Initial planning meeting to discuss a customized ceremony and venue preferences.
- Coordination between venue, speakers, musicians, and clergy, and prepare honorarium checks.
- Creation of a digital invitation. Link to be distributed by the family to invite guests. The invitation link will collect RSVP’s for the family.
- Distribution of the schedule, timeline, and key information to important ceremony participants. Includes important deceased and survivor information to the clergy.
- Create tribute video with pictures electronically submitted.
Event Facilitation
- Bring, display, and care for the cremated remains as desired.
- Provide easels for the family to display select photos during the ceremony.
- Reserve/assist with seating, setting up memorial registers for signatures, and deliver printed materials to guests.
- Greet guests as they enter and guide them as needed.
- Guide presenters and initiate slideshows or videos.
- Facilitate sharing of stories
*Package does not include fees for the venue, catering, musician, or clergy. A Memorial Stationery Package can be purchased for an additional $250 and includes registry book, 100 bulletin or prayer cards, and 50 thank you notes.
